The framing of the article is a bit confusing. For example, one of the headers is:

Why are people using LinkedIn as a dating site?

But the meat of the article contains:

Passport Photo Online surveyed 1,049 US female LinkedIn users who log in to the platform at least once weekly [...]

Most women surveyed (74%) found the relentless flirtations too much to bear and either limited their use of LinkedIn or left the network entirely.

So it sounds like "people" are not using LinkedIn "as Tinder". Rather (I am assuming) men are harrassing women on LinkedIn?

Edit: They changed the title to reflect this sentiment. I feel like a dummy now.
