How do you guys 3-2-1 backup of iCloud drive? (zerobytes.monster)

I have recently started to look into doing backup of my photos and am able to do that with:

Use of immich iOS app to upload to my Ubuntu server to save all Photos and Videos
Use RSync to back that up to my NAS
Use BlackBlaze for remote backup.

I am left with files and documents I have on iCloud Drive. How do I back that up? It seems like there's no way for me to sync that to my NAS (QNAP) and then BlackBlaze to complete everything.

That's my only missing info that I'm wondering if you guys can help.
