I’m looking at buying 2x renewed 18tb seagate nas drives off Amazon for $175 each and running them in raid 1

I’m not looking to run it 24/7 just need about a 20tb backup for video projects

I’ll eventually get a real nas when I need/afford it

Or should I keep buying the $100 8tb drives individually and archiving on those?
