I saw a good post a few months ago about how to integrate next dns into your mullivad configuration on a router

the poster only lists the ipv6 things to change on your router for mulltivad to work properly; do you also have to change the ipv4 ip addresses to use nextdns properly with mullivad, or is it only the ipv6 addresses?
