Yep. This guy is dangerous and doesn't seem to understand what empathy even is. I think he's a sociopath.

Welcome to the Prison Planet. We are all ruled by sociopaths. In some places they are the visible leaders of the state and others they rule from back rooms with piles of illgotten cash.
