Hello! I am looking to purchase a Samsung T7 Shield, with a capacity of 2TB. I am in Canada, and was looking at these 4 products (EDIT: sorry, made a typo in the title and said 2 models instead of 4) , all considered T7 Shield models:

Per my research, even on the official Samsung website: https://semiconductor.samsung.com/consumer-storage/portable-ssd/t7-shield/

The model codes are all listed as being "T7 Shield 2TB": https://imgur.com/a/8PXTzgd

Can anyone help me understand what the difference is between these models, and why specifically the "AM" variant is almost $ 100 more expensive?
