Recently aquired several 3.5" & 2.5" SAS HDD's and been looking for a way to read and reformat them to hoard more data. None of the converter cords I've got off Amazon/ eBay have worked and the docking station I see online are all $100+. Does anyone know of a cheaper way to convert an SAS connection to SATA or USB? Looking for any way for my computer to recognize it.

I have been using a 3.5" HDD SATA 3.0 docking station that uses a 12V - 5A wall plugged connection. Thank you for any advice on this!
