I'm looking to replace one of my external HDD (2TB) with an SSD (4TB), and there are two choices for me (technically there's Sandisk too but everybody recommended against it. My experience with it wasn't great.)

The choices are between MY PASSPORT SSD (WDBAGF0040BGY) and SAMSUNG T9 (MU-PG4T0B/WW)

Samsung is almost double the price to WD, but when it comes to NVME drive, people are praising Samsung.

Question is, how's their external SSD compared to WD?
