I've really been liking this pen. It's a medium nib and I could not be happier with it's performance.

I'm going with my first reading of Lamy LOOO

It's a beaut. And you have very neat handwriting.

Thank you! It's some faux calligraphy that I like to do

Looks like calligraphy to me

Excellent choice.

I bought myself one as a reward for completing my Masters... Many years ago.

I dropped it once. It landed on its nib. Bent it something awful. I wrote to the company and they fixed it for free.

I'm a fan of the medium nib too. It's a little heavier than most "mediums" but it really let's the ink work for you.

That's awesome.

Yes I really do like the medium. I was worried it was going to be too broad but on good quality paper it is not too wide but still very smooth.

Gorgeous! Do you know how it compares to other Lamy pens? I have a Safari, but I've been curious about their other models.

It's honestly in a completely different league than the Safari and Al star. I use both of those pens quite often for school and the 2000 is better in basically every way. The nib is so insanely smooth and the craftsmanship is basically perfect. I would highly reccoment it
