There's newcommunities@lemmy.world, but I'm not certain if kbin has one yet. I think all we have is findakbin, which is...technically the opposite of what you're looking for, unless someone has happened to ask about your topic

I'd recommend this one. It's federated, there is no reason to start a kbin specific 'newcommunities' unless the federated one sucks or isn't being used and curated.

There's also wow this exists on the ca Lemmy! I can't seem to copy it over at the moment but if you click into my post history I've posted up mine on several visibility places

Using a familiar name and the right hashtags should be a good start. But while I done that and have a small sub base already, I am the only one making content on m/tes.
