I am upgrading the motherboard, so all components except that will be the same. Will I be able to simply plug in the hard drives and windows will recognize the volumes?

They are plugged in on the regular SATA ports, and the mirrored volume is managed by Windows Disk Management

B550 mobo is the MSI b550 M-Pro VDH WiFi

X570 mobo is the ASRock Steel Legend
