so i have lots of videos and i want a way to add tags, bookmarks (with tags or description), loops (with tags or description) to the video without touching the video.

i dont want it (method or tools) to touch the video itself that will cause it to change md5 or checksum or anything.

this will help me greatly in searching or just browsing parts or segment of the video that i want to watch at that point in time.

is this at all possible?
