I'm confused, where does this "Embedded 32-bit RISC-V CPU" come into play? There's no info about it on the website.

Marketing. (Maybe more, but it's likely buried in the datasheets, page 3205 of 5643 or something. And that's the hardware reference manual, not the datasheet, and not the programmer reference manual either, though you'll need that, too.)

I haven’t kept up with Pine, how is the quality, tooling and OS support these days? I had an original Pine 64, the hardware was fast and cheap but the other aspects were a bit lacking for a while.
