Absolute first beginner here. I just set up my first NAS (Using the term very loosely here, it's just a hard drive connected via USB to my router) and got it all working correctly, surprising for me as I do not know ANYTHING about networking at all and that's why I hope you can help.
I wondered if someone could help me set up a system that allows Me full access to the drive but My friend who is on the same network only has some access to the drive and it blocks certain folders for him.
Just thought I would include this. This is all I have to work with.
I tried my best to get it to work but I had no success and in every video I try and look up the UI of the rougher always looks different to what I'm doing.
