The struggle might be complicated by the fact that you're reading a math book.

I mean, that's what Volume 2 and 3 of Das Kapital are kinda are...

Marx wrote a calculus textbook actually (seriously). Though dated by modern standards as a lot of the theoretical foundations of modern calculus were developed contemporaneously to Marx, and he was likely not aware of them.

I'm going to be honest. This instance has taught me more surprising information than any other. I never, in my life, would have guessed that as probable. :)

The man devoted his life's work to analyzing Capitalism mathematically, so it's not unresonable

Feel free to ask us anything, we're happy to talk, as long as it's in good faith. We are only dunking on smug assholes when they come here from other instances in bad faith without any intention to hear us

Comprehension is the first component of action. Action without momentum or a target is just adventurism.

Um akshually... a Das-Kapital-read person who commits adventure-time is no better than one who doesn't, ye still commits adventure-time

For that, you'll have to read "What is to be done", "The State and Revolution", and other works of Lenin and Stalin, for movement building... maybe-later-kiddo

Oh yea I agree, by "target" I am not just referring to Capitalism, but also to tangible change, which needs momentum and not just solitary acts of defiance.

Action without momentum

Is civil engineering. Well unless something goes wrong.

Capitalism is when linen becomes coats.

I am anticapitalist.
