Hi everyone,
Issue: My original PS4 isn't working. When I try to turn it on, the blue light comes on for a second and then it immediately turns off.
Objective: I need to recover my game save data from the PS4 hard drive and transfer it to my PS5.
What I've Tried:
Removed the PS4 hard drive and connected it to my PC using a hard drive enclosure.
Used EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard and Disk Drill, but had issues with both (only finding PC files, not PS4 files).
Current Status:
The PS4 hard drive shows as "not partitioned" in Disk Drill.
I cannot locate any PS4 save data files, only generic system files from the scan.
Help Needed:
Advice on correctly recovering PS4 save data from the hard drive.
Recommendations for other software/tools that might work.
Any other suggestions or steps I might have missed.
Additional Info: I have a PS5 and a hard drive enclosure. If there are any methods that involve using the PS5, I'm open to that too.
