Just got a refurbed IronWolf 18TB and installed it in my O11D's hard drive cage, but whenever the system boots, I've noticed it seems to do a Power On Self Test of sorts. Its the only HDD in the PC. It vibrates the whole cage before spinning up. The vibration strength is surprisingly strong, on par with the vibration of my Xbox controller on my desk, but it's in the case. Do I have a bad refurb? Or is that normal for high capacity hard disk drives? I know in general HDDs don't like vibrations, but I've never heard of them intentionally vibrating.

EDIT: During an overnight transfer, it vibrated once again waking me up, this time while it was having data written to it.
