I very briefly used tag spaces before I decided I don't like it. but I did like the format of "title [tags]" because it meant I didn't need a program to access the photos, no weird file types or extra file data is needed, so I don't have an easier route to losing all my stuff to time. On top of that there's the tag spaces chrome extension that makes it easy to download art and format the names this way.

I'd like to not stop tagging, but this is now taking more time than I'd want. Ideally I'd have a program that saves a list of the tags I've used so that I can just click on them instead of typing them and trying to remember everything else I've used.

Is there either something like I described or another program/solution that's even better?
