I have tried multiple times to uninstall Mullvad VPN and each time, none of my internet browsers can access the internet from my ethernet port. I can access internet from my wifi connection without the vpn. When I use my ethernet cable, I can access discord, download steam games etc, but using a browser does not connect to the internet.

When I use my wifi connection, everything is normal and I can load web pages. I have factory reset my computer, flushed my dns settings, reinstalled drivers, etc...what settings could have been altered by the vpn that makes the ethernet port talk differently than the WIFI?
