I need to transfer ~3TB of data to my cloud service, and my ISP caps my data usage so it'd cost me quite a bit if I did it from home. I need a location that offers free wifi so I can hookup my laptop/backup drive and transfer it to the cloud. Any suggestions? Public Library? McDonalds? Starbucks? A Hotel lobby?
