Boomers are so insanely weird. Porn is evil, premarital sex is evil, contraception is evil, IVF is evil, but strip clubs are for Real Men (TM).
Strip clubs are the saucier version of mormon bubble “porn”. The girls might show a nipple or two, but you never get to touch, so your soul and semen stay pure for Jesus.
I don’t go to strip clubs because the interaction will be awkward. Like the girls’ job is to arouse me and get tips, but what if I just want to sit there and eat my chicken wings while watching a girl do splits in mid air? Repeatedly declining someone’s offer for a lap dance will make me uncomfortable because I’ll be “that guy who keeps eating wings and never tips” in their conversations. Also almost every ad I’ve seen with strippers feature girls with absurdly big asses or boobs and I just can’t help but find it comical which I don’t think they would appreciate.
I don’t really go to clubs in general because I cannot be my own DD and I find coordinating group activities difficult even if I had a group
