I'm looking for a system with 3 - 4 drive bays for use as a low utilization NAS device.

I currently have an Optiplex 3070 that I use for Emby Server and .arr suite, so this device would exist purely for storage purposes - It will not be running any demanding or ongoing softwares.

The system could be an old Dell, HP, Lenovo or whatever - it just needs to be able to reliably accomodate 3-4 8tb HDD's, even if I have to rig something together to fit them.

The only catches are that I'd prefer something low power, smaller form factor (I only have so much space for the system), and in a lower price range.
