Hi all,

I've been using a NAS and OneDrive but it's filling up fast. Yesterday I visited a colleague and be showed me his storage setup - basically a wall of numbered DVDs (not M Disks) and a folder with a text file for every DVD. He's been doing this since 2011 and vouches that he hasnt lost any data.

I know that scratches are big concern when it comes to optical disc's but assuming I can keep the discs clean and dust proof, is this really a good option to consider?
