I have family photos that I want to backup and save. All in all its under 5tb, I dont think it even reaches 1tb. not sure if I should get a nas or call it a day and get Toshiba hard drives to back my photos. idc abt speed, or whether I can access it on any device or anywhere in the world. A synology nas is pretty expensive, $300 for a 2 two slot, that doesn't include drives either and that doesn't include backups, while I can get two Toshiba 2tb drives for under $200

I just need a backup so I can free up storage on my phone and laptop
