So in the comments of my post a few days ago, someone talked about how rotating the keys too often would eat up a lot of processing power.

I still think the default number of hours it gets rotated should be less than a whole 2 weeks, but maybe I was asking for too much when I was saying the default should be once every 24 hours.

What could the default key rotation rate be lowered to without eating up too much processing power?
