Apologies if this is the wrong forum for this.

Since I keep having goofy problems with OneDrive (just stopped syncing at one point and had to jump through multiple hoops to fix, then it lost it's "free up space" functionality for a while), I am looking for software to replace it that has the same basic functionality.

The functionality in particular that I want is the "Free Up Space" option that One Drive offers. For anyone unfamiliar, this is where any files you copy into the OneDrive folder get copied to the cloud. Then, at any point thereafter, you can select "Free Up Space" and the LOCAL copy of the file will be "deleted". It will still look like it is there, same file name etc, but there will be an icon next to it indicating that it is actually only on the cloud. If you go to open or otherwise use the file later, it will automatically download again from the cloud to your local folder.

Does anyone know of a good Cloud backup service that offers this same functionality?

Thanks. And again, if this is the wrong forum, I apologize. It SEEMS like the right place though ;)
