This is a plush animal. You can tell because the fluff looks like fake fur, and because baby owls don't look anything like this.
Someone pointed out this is a plush animal and not a real animal and OP has made an edit to acknowledge this. Currently our sidebar states that posts can be of anything cute which is subjective to the user. We will review the sidebar and make revisions to clarify.
