Sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong sub, but this seems to be an appropriate sub to ask this question.
For context, I’ve been watching the old school PCs video on YouTube on how to convert VHS videotape to 60p digital video using OBS.
While watching the video, I was hit with a big problem, all the USB video capture devices that the oldschool PC showed in his video only worked for PCs, not Macs. This is a problem as I only have a Mac.
So far, I have yet to find any information at all on any USB video capture devices that work on Mac and can successfully capture both fields of interlaced video so it can capture and convert it at 59.94fps for NTSC or 50fps for PAL for OBS. (Preferably 50fps as I am from the UK.)
Does anyone have any idea on which USB video capture devices that can work on Mac which can do the exact same thing as the old school PCs devices did in his video, please?

Please note: I have no interest of buying a PC to fix this problem (as I just don’t have the room and I’m more used to operating Macs) or emulating a PC on a Mac.
Thank you for reading.
