The guy is an experienced analyst, formerly of the CIA. It's about the content grasshopper. Such a shallow understanding of what you're talking about.

Why is everyone always "formerly CIA" or FBI or whatever? Does that make them special? Why or how?

The only relevant things are arguments and facts. No matter if you are homeless or some prestige professor and president of Stanford University. They too fake their shit work.
