I've found this drive Exos X14 model ST10000NM0568

Here is the data sheet

In the photo i can clearly read that HSMR

But I can't seem to figure out which kind of disk are we talking about.

It's H as in Hybrid or as in Host Managed?

Not the same here, but is says that X14 used to be TDMR back in 2018
