I'm looking to get a 4TB SSD to put in my Satechi hub that connects to my M1 Mac mini via USB-C (link to exact hub here in case it matters). The drive will be used to supplement the built in storage on the Mac mini, and it will mainly be used as the storage device for things like my photo library and other large libraries/files.

I did a quick search on Amazon, and I can get a Samsung 990 Pro for $340, but I also see a WD Black for $309 or Crucial P3 for $216. It's been a while since I've bought a storage device, but I recognize all three brand names. For my purposes, is there enough of a difference between either the WD or Samsung to justify the price difference over the Crucial?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer some guidance/assistance.
