Has anyone been blocked or banned from bulk downloading from pixiv?

I've seen rumors that it may happen, but as far as I've been able to determine, there is no evidence of it actually happening. Is there maybe a hidden limit that's very high?

I plan to download all images from users I follow with a script to update my archive with any new images every couple days. So far I have downloaded a few thousand images with no issues. Just figured I'd see if anyone has evidence of that happening before I continue.
