No, by logical contradiction. Let us analyze the two answers (yes and no) to arrive at this conclusion.

If the answer is Yes, you would both be dumb (for the statement to be true) AND smart to realize this, which is clearly the opposite of dumb. A clear contradiction!

If No, then you acknowledge your smarts and thus cannot be dumb!
