I subscribed to an online course service, and the provider uploads the class recordings to the platform through a private Vimeo server. I can watch the classes, but it's practically impossible to download them using traditional methods. I was able to download some videos on the platform using IDM (Internet Download Manager), but lately, whenever I try to download a video, a message appears saying "Unknown error, please try again."

Can someone help me with a solution? Either a method to download private Vimeo videos or a way to fix the IDM error.
