Krish Harsh, dipshit liberal, is complaining here that 1/3 of the people who applied for this job were rejected. Can you name a single other job where 1/3 of applicants being rejected would be seen as needlessly strict? It shows that the standard thought process is simply to get as many violent thugs on the street with guns and badges as possible so they can uphold the violence upon with American class society rests. I appreciate the city's restraint here and the reduction in cops in the street it has lead to.We are all safer with fewer cops on the street.

It is a great step to raise the bar. Now, take the budget overrun from staffing and put it back into the social services.

Housing, social work, and transit would all benefit enormously from taking all the wasted cop money, and they'd actually improve life and reduce crime.

Wouldnt it be a miracle if my taxes actually went to helping people rather than paving another road that sees 10 cars a day?

I don't understand the "dipshit liberal" portion of your comment. I didn't see in the article his political leanings.

He is a liberal, and those liberal economic and social views lead him to being thoughtlessly pro-cop. It doesn't say he's a liberal in this article but I'm familiar with him and he is (like every other Cleveland city councillor).
