Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.

~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.

~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.

~ 3. Use spoiler tags. Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.

~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.

~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'

i dont recognize any of this, but the title made me think this .

Solid episode. O'Brien, Garak, Nog, and the unfortunate few go to the abandoned Cardassian sister station of Empok Nor to salvage much needed tech for DS9. As expected, things don't go smoothly, but it serves as a great character focus and the first major interaction between both O'Brien and Garak.

DS9 is on my list for a full watch. i think ive really only fully paid attention to the first few seasons.. and i last saw them as they aired.

Much like TNG, it ramps up once the show and Sisko "grow the beard," which doesnt occur until the last few episodes of season three. Worth it. Also, my description doesn't really spoil the important part of the episode.

Is this comedy gold right here?

Oh no, what have I done?! (OP title)

No worries. I just wanted to showcase the transition from this:

To this:

Being more commonplace after TOS.

We indeed know the Truth... that behind the very foundation of the Universe there is a conspiracy (literally!) whose sole purpose is to enhance O'Brien's torture.

As in, the only time he is allowed to die is when he himself kills him. But never fear, we shall bring him back - over and over and over again!

I've said it before, but I really hope they use him for the upcoming Academy show. Make him a holographic version of Headmaster O'Brien. At the end of DS9, he was slated to become Professor of Engineering, but we all know he'd work his way up quickly (and likely very painfully). So by the 32nd Century, they conjure up hol-O'Brien against his will to influence the young hearts and minds at Starfleet Academy. Program glitches and suffering hijinks ensue.

OMG I would watch that! Maybe. Assuming it tortures him sufficiently. :-P

aka Lars from Heavyweights

I have a deviated septum so know that when I sleep I make a very disturbing sound. DO NOT BE ALARMED! I am fine.

(Isn't he also one of the German antagonosts in Beerfest?)

Also, Tony Perkis was a great prototype for what became White Goodman in Dodgeball.

Edit: Sadly, he's not in it. May be thinking of Nat Paxon.
