seems too big and poorly designed for that size. no rivers to port things? you could probably get away with cisterned drinking water if the sewers are well maintained (but they are not in most depictions). gatehouses don't seem to be very common despite outlying settlements and room for agriculture on the rest of the island. the walls with a circumference like that are nightmarish to think about manning/repairing
