I don't think it was ever confirmed (someone correct me if I'm wrong), but I remember there was a video early on in the conflict of Israeli soldiers emerging from an aid truck. Honestly it's scary to think that this is something that's happening and considering most of the aid trucks are coming in from comprador states it seems like there's a very real possibility that Israel is using this lowly strategy.
