. i guess i knew it was bad but boy i didn't realize it was that bad. (the art i've seen does look incredible, so i still might read it at some point, just goddamn, the plot is fucking b r u t a l.) and it's unfinished, so it's not even clear if humanity gets anywhere near a decent ending. appropriate i guess, but fuck.
Someone animated a short scene of Griffith getting his face slammed into all sorts of stuff, and that did it for me as a happy ending
