Nah, lots of press right now and I. 6 months to a year when they retry releasing it people will forget and just let it happen.

For some users. I have a feeling windows 11 won’t effect the amount of people using windows much at all

A lot of people are locked into windows from the perspective of their employment.

For now, yes. But as more enterprise software (like ERPs) move to the cloud, client-side software will become less and less required. Even Microsoft office is pushing cloud apps. The end result of this, in its current trajectory, is that it won't matter what OS a client has, so long as it has a supported web browser.

Also the rise of containerised software that is more easily cross platform for self hosting what would once have been cloud only.
