I work for myself. And I use it all the time. Mostly for simple stuff like, I’ll copy text from a pdf and it will have all these extra returns or weird spaces before periods.

Suddenly I’m saving a ton of time. It’s this busy work that it’s saving me from doing.
I'm programmer, and my employer has forbidden the use of large language models in anything work-related until the legal department figures out what the heck. It's become quite noticeable at this point how much of a hassle it is not being able to do that. When writing code for my own personal use I frequently ask ChatGPT "write me a Python script to do such-and-such tedious chore", or "write me a snippet of C# code that does a thing to a list of stuff". I can do all that myself but it's just grunt work.
I’ve used it the same way to write code and then modify it myself. It’s it’s truly saved me hours and hours of work per week. I’ve even been able to put off hired a part-time person because of it.
