Hello! I have an Apple MacBook and I have the 2TB EasyStore external hard drive.

I plug it in and sometimes it mounts, sometimes it doesn’t. I have another external hard drive (Seagate) that mounts with no issues. I changed cords too and my EasyStore isn’t mounting. Sometimes it does, though, which is odd. The light always turns on when I plug the cord into my Mac. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!
