He's gonna get weekend jail like when a jet ski dealership owner gets their second DUI before they're convicted of their first DUI.

In my state the official policy is 3 strikes and you're out. But somehow this happens - I didn't even have to search google news hard to find an example from just a few days ago.

Video shows New Mexico man arrested for 6th DWI, explaining why he was following a stranger

Jun 3, 2024

The reason guys (they're usually guys) get 6 or 7 or even more DWIs is - I'm not making this up - cops are often too lazy to show up to court for DWIs. So the drunk driver gets away with it and then he can do it again. And again. And...

Former federal prosecutor: 'Appreciable chance' Donald Trump dies in prison

A former federal prosecutor says there is an “appreciable chance” former President Trump could be in prison until the end of his life if he loses the 2024 election, remarking on the number and scope of criminal prosecutions against him.

Harry Litman, a former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania during the Clinton administration, made the remarks to former Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) on his podcast Wednesday.

“If he doesn’t win, he has an appreciable chance of dying in prison,” Litman said. “The whole timeline, the whole crisis point of November goes away. So, if he doesn’t win on [November] the fifth, those cases lie ready to bring.”

I wonder if Litman actually believes it, sort of believes it, or he doesn't believe it at all and he's saying it to build his brand with the libs. There must be 10,001 Trump-based lib podcasts. It's very hard to get noticed.

No way he dies in prison.

If he loses in November... He's going to bounce out to a country that won't extradite him

If he loses in November... He's going to bounce

I think the chance of that happening is zero. A week ago a Hexbear said something like "He'll get two non-consecutive weeks in jail. You'll see." I don't know if that was a wild guess or an informed guess but that sounds about right to me.

I found it. Elon_Musk...

2 non consecutive weeks in jail. Write this down

Dude is a pipe dreamer, tRump's buddies on the Supine Court would never let that happen.

I think some tiny amount of jail time is possible. Just a few minutes ago I just hunted for and found this quip by Elon_Musk...

2 non consecutive weeks in jail. Write this down

I agree. I think it will be very close to that.
