This is the best summary I could come up with:

Post Opinions columnist Marc A. Thiessen interviewed Polish President Andrzej Duda in Warsaw on Aug. 1.

Are we prepared, in the international democratic community, to allow a situation where Russia does not allow the Ukrainian people to choose their own government, to decide which alliances they will belong to and who their allies will be?

I believe that the nuclear arsenal in Russia is under collective control of many people — and that it is not just up to the sole discretion of just Vladimir Putin.

The Warsaw Uprising was the greatest concerted effort of the Polish underground state that ever took place during the Second World War.

But … many commentators have pointed out that had it not been for the heroism the Polish people showed, how they were able to fight courageously until the very end, Stalin would have incorporated Poland into the Soviet Union, as he did with other countries.

As a result, in 1989 Poland regained its complete freedom, sovereignty and independence, shaking off Russian domination.

I guess as a diplomat he has to be polite this way, but I wouldn't mind a stronger rhetoric.
