As a black communist, the amount of Candace Owens types complaining about how white liberals have shown their racism really prompted me to make this meme.
All reactionaries operate from the same playbook: accurately identify the problems of liberal capitalism, then blame those problems on minorities. Even the most politically unengaged, ignorant person knows when they are in pain, but liberal capitalism either tells them that their pain isn't real ("look at this chart, the economy's actually doing great") or that they deserve it ("should've studied STEM if you wanted to be able to afford food"). Neither of these answers is satisfying, so that opens the door for fascists and reactionaries to swoop in and say "your pain is real and I have the cure." It's just like how quack doctors and homeopaths prey on people who can't afford legitimate medical treatments.
