All I know about paper Mario is that in one of the games your enemy is origami, and that's fun.
Castform designers: Lets make a little cloud Pokemon, we'll have 2 small orbs to represent Hydrogen and a big head for Oxygen, like a cross between a cloud, a water molecule and a Teru Teru Bozu!

There is a lot more effort put into Pokemon designs then some people realise.
It is a shame it looks lewd, because that's a really cool idea.
