Seems to be for the best. WVU already had egg on its face after the radio show incident and this was going to be yet another major scandal for the University and its basketball program to deal with this summer. Whether the University president or AD asked him to resign is something I'd be curious about, but I think this is the best outcome regardless. Bobby needs to get his shit together on multiple fronts.

Huge WVU fan, wish we would have forced the resignation after the radio show. It's a y kept secret that he's a drunkard, and I'd guarantee he gets things swept under the rug here in Morgantown. Apparently he drove from Columbus to Pittsburgh and has no recollection of it.
What a fuckin way to tarnish your reputation. It's insulting to the fans and the school, what he's done.
