Here in Aus it’s hugely different even without being legal (except medical). Before it could take me an entire day to get onto people who were in stock, driving for hours, etc. now I hit up a website, msg some rando, and get it delivered for cheaper than ever.

Well we legalised possession.
Buying and selling is still illegal and not really possible legal yet.
So since when possession was illegal it usually wasn't prosecuted,nothing changed.
