Users are expected to be civil and inclusive towards one another at all times. Remember the person on the other side of the screen. Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and other inflammatory language is prohibited.
2. Keep content related to wrestling.
Any content posted should at least be related to pro wrestling somehow.
3. Spoilers.
Do not spoil events for people. If an event is going on, please keep discussion contained to the/a discussion thread for 24h after the event. Do not post spoilers in titles during this period. Use the spoiler function when you need to, it's there for a reason. Should your post involve a url to a spoiler (Twitter, YouTube video, etc) please mark the thread as NSFW as well so thumbnails are blurred or just link the content in the body of the post.
4. Vague/Editorialized Title.
Please keep the titles of any articles you post clear, understandable, and indicative of what the article states within. It's ok to alter the title if the original is clickbait and confusing, or contains a spoiler like a debut that just occurred that day, but do not add your own thoughts to it.
5. Sexualized Content/'Plot'.
Please do not post any pornographic, 'creep shot', or similar adult-related material to the community (regardless of connection to wrestling). Wrestling content that involves sexualized content (in storylines/matches/promos) is fine, as well as photo's wrestlers post to their own social medias. Butt-shots you take with your cell phone at a house show aren't.
6. Banned Source(s)/Websites.

WBD is fucking up left and right. They lost the NBA, they got some college football to help cover that loss, but I think they would be insane to low ball AEW given the state WBD is in.
Yeah they really need to keep AEW around.
Which means I have full expectations that we're gonna get a couple belts renamed next year lmao
Seems like, if WBD can't shelve it for a tax write off, they aren't interested.
So if Netflix ends up getting all of WWE's shows that would let NBC\Universal get AEW's, and Dalton Castle could end up being the Peacock Champion.

Unless WWE buys its way out of the Peacock PLE/Network and SmackDown on USA deals, at least for the next 5 years that can't happen in the United States. I don't see Comcast letting them leave without a penalty.
I'm guessing WBD won't give him the offer he wants, their debt load is insane and they don't want to come out and say it. Last I read they were over $40 Billion in debt, Zazlov is getting paid no matter what happens and has no incentive to play ball with Sports Leagues or AEW that might increase that debt load.
Part of paying that down, tax breaks, and firing people aside, is loading the advertising up, for that you need ratings, even in the era where "nobody watches cable" the network needs ratings to keep advertisers paying. Unfortunately, AEW's slipped in the negotiating year.
I imagine they will meet somewhere in the middle before the deadline comes, they pretty much need each other unless the rumor FX might be interested in AEW after they lost out on the WWE is true. FX is a Disney network so, in theory, they could wind up on Hulu or D+, I'd like that.
Now for my wild request in the new contract assuming they sign with WBD, which I think is likely. I'd like for WBD to no longer preempt them or not air them some weeks during other live sporting events, instead, they should have wrestlers appear on other WBD properties... make the House of Black redecorate houses on HGTV, have BCC appear on Chopped, do some cross-promoting with them, maybe have Darby do Shark Week from inside the shark cage... toss some of them on Naked & Afraid and see what happens. WBD has so many properties and shows that are "reality" TV, use them to try and grow the products.
Zazlav is a disaster but I doubt AEW is leaving Turner.
I hope that this opens AEW to expand to other streaming platforms as alternatives while being on WBD live.
