So when I started using Duolingo, a friend of mine had his friend sign me up to his "school" which means no ads and I think there are other benefits as well. Supposedly you can set up a "school" in the classroom section. If a lot of people wanted to, I suppose someone from hexbear could do that and then admit others as students so they get those benefits?

Apparently the classroom option is indeed entirely unrestricted and anyone can set one up

You can DNS block all mobile ads

That used to work, but Duolingo caught on to that and made it so that you got built-in ads for the Duolingo subscription when you had regular ads blocked. Since they were just a part of the app itself they could not be blocked.
